H&F targets damp and mould in £1m-a-week repairs effort

Over the next 12 years, the Hammersmith and Fulham council will be investing £1million a week to refurbish and modernise our council-owned homes across H&F.

They are starting with a thorough drainage flush on 46 White City blocks, then moving to West Kensington, before coming to us in Lancaster Court, then Linacre Court and Sullivan Court estates.

This cleaning will be part of their actions to tackle and prevent instances of damp and mould in the council’s housing stock.
